60 Minute Evaluation one-on-one with Physical Therapist.
Our Physical Therapist will provide a comprehensive evaluation of your movement and begin any recommended treatment day 1.
60 minute Followup Treatment one-on-one with Physical Therapist to evaluate your response to initial treatment and continue progress towards your next Milestone!
Equipment evaluation with your equipment vendor. Our Physical Therapist will perform a full evaluation of functional mobility, posture, range of motion and motor control. We will then work with the client, family and equipment vendor to make recommendations for equipment and provide Letters of Medical Necessity needed to send for payor approval of Adaptive Mobility or Positioning Devices. Typically 90 minute appointment.
