Pricing

Our Physical Therapist will  provide a comprehensive evaluation of your movement. We will assess posture, range of motion, strength, sensation, motor control, balance, and overall movement. We will provide assessment, treatment recommendations and home programs as needed. Initial Evaluations typically last 90 minutes.

If the evaluating therapist recommends follow-up treatment as part of your plan of care. 

Treatment sessions last 45-60 minutes.

It is our intention to empower clients to meet their next Milestone!

Equipment evaluation with your equipment vendor. Our Physical Therapist will perform a full evaluation of functional mobility, posture, range of motion and motor control. We will then work with the client, family and equipment vendor to make recommendations for equipment and provide Letters of Medical Necessity needed to send for payor approval of Adaptive Mobility or Positioning Devices. Typically 90 minute appointment.
